For flight inclusive holidays, the deposit amount required on bookings is £150.00 per person including children. Deposits for infants vary by airline and will be quoted at time of booking.
For hotel and hotel and ticket packages the deposit amount is £50.00 per person including children. Deposit payments can not be made on ticket only bookings.
Deposit payment is by debit or credit card when you book. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Delta and Solo.
For flight inclusive bookings the full balance is required 10 weeks/70 days before departure. If travel is within 10 weeks of making the booking, payment is required in full at time of booking.
For hotel and ticket only bookings the full balance is required 8 weeks before departure. However, if travel is within 8 weeks of making your booking, payment is required in full when you book the holiday.

For ticket only bookings, you will receive a printable e-ticket, known as TiXML, alternatively hard tickets are specified with an additional charge. For accommodation only bookings you will receive an email confirmation that should be printed out and presented to your hotel upon check in. For hotel and ticket packages and flight inclusive holidays your travel documents are sent out approximately 14-28 days prior to the departure date. If booking outside the UK, there is a postage charge dependent on your travel date.

All of the flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
