Q: How can I book online?

A: Use our convenient online booking site to book your holiday of a lifetime. More

Q: If I book on the internet who can I talk to if I want to change or add something to an existing booking?

A: Please call our Disney Experts on 0870 24 24 900*. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am-8pm, Sat 9am-7pm, Sun 10am-4pm.

Q: I want to amend my booking. How do I do this?

A: The lead passenger on your booking can call our Disney Experts on 0870 24 24 900*, quoting the booking reference. You will then be advised of any amendment charges.

An updated invoice will be sent out to you or you can retrieve and review your booking details once the changes have been made by clicking on the Manage My Booking link. More

Q: I want to cancel my booking or one or more of the passengers from my booking - how do I do this?

A: For flight inclusive bookings, the lead passenger on your booking needs to notify us of the cancellation in writing, quoting the booking reference and the reasons for cancelling, if possible. We cannot accept any cancellations over the phone. You will then be invoiced for any outstanding monies or refunded any monies owing. Please write to: Openride Limited, PO Box 1080, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 1WN. Or send your cancellation notice by email to cancellations@openrideholidays.com. Cancellation penalties will apply from the date your cancellation notice is received in writing.

Q: I have just returned from holiday and would like to complain about a certain aspect of my holiday. How do I do this?
