Q: How much is the deposit?

A: For flight inclusive holidays, the deposit amount required on booking is £120.00 per person including children & infants. For hotel and hotel and ticket packages the deposit amount is £50.00 per person including children and infants. Deposit payments can not be made on ticket only bookings.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Deposit payment is by debit or credit card when you book. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Delta and Solo. Please note: For flight inclusive bookings a credit card surcharge of 1.5% is levied. This will be automatically added to the deposit amount required. There is no charge for debit cards.

Q: When is the remaining balance due for my Holiday?

A: The full balance is required 8 weeks before departure. However, if travel is within 8 weeks of making your booking, payment is required in full when you book the holiday.

Q: How can I pay when the balance of my holiday is due?

A: You can pay your balance off by debit or credit card over the telephone by calling our Disney Experts on 0870 24 24 900*. Q: When are the holiday vouchers and other tickets sent out?

A: For ticket only bookings, you will receive a printable e-ticket, known as TiXML. For accommodation only bookings you will receive an email confirmation that should be printed out and presented to your hotel upon check in. For hotel and ticket packages and flight inclusive holidays your travel documents are sent out approximately 14 days prior to the departure date.
