Cookie Period & De-Duplication
A 30 day cookie means you'll earn commission when your customer returns and makes a purchase direct from The Walt Disney Travel Company (within a 30-day period after the original click through).
For customers returning via Disney's paid search activity, the sale is de-duplicated and the affiliate will not be rewarded. However we do not de-duplicate against paid search for true content affiliate sites that give Walt Disney World reasonable editorial content. Should this policy change at any time Disney will endeavour to communicate this to affiliates with as much notice as possible.
Validation Procedure
Ticket Only sales are validated on a weekly basis!
Hotel/Villa & Ticket packages and Flight Inclusive sales will be validated eight weeks after the transaction date on a weekly basis. This is due to the cancellation period for these products. However, Ticket Only product sales will be validated on weekly bases ensuring faster commissions.
Once validated, we issue payments twice a month either at the beginning or mid-month stage.
Tracking & Reporting
We've teamed up with Affiliate Window, one of the UK's leading providers of performance based affiliate programmes. The reporting is in real time, so you can see your sales by the minute.
Creative Collateral
As a Disney affiliate, you'll have access to world famous Disney imagery with a gallery of eye-catching banners, logos and images. We'll also soon have product feeds and search forms to improve the way you promote Disney. If there is any bespoke creative that you require, please contact us.
